Event Entry Forms:
September 11- 13, 2025
Rules: Single high school girls grades 9-12 from Holden, Kingsville, Chilhowee, Lone Jack, Latour and Centerview. Previous queens of the fair are not eligible.
Contestants must be 7 – 10 years old at the time of judging and live in Holden, Centerview, Chilhowee, Kingsville, Latour, Lone Jack or Strasburg communities or be the child of a former Holden Graduate.
Contestant must be middle school girls grades 6 – 8 and live in Holden, Centerview, Chilhowee, Kingsville, Latour, Lone Jack, or Strasburg Communities or be the child of a Holden Graduate.
Rules: Contestants must be ages 4-6 at the time of judging and live in Holden, Centerview, Chilhowee, Kingsville, Latour, Lone Jack, or Strasburg communities or be the child of a former Holden Graduate.
Rules: All contestants shall be within the age range of their category by September 14, 2024. Ages from 0 to 48 months. Contestants must live in Holden, Centerview, Chilhowee, Kingsville, Latour, Lone Jack or Strasburg communities or be the child of a former Holden Graduate.
Take home the trophy! 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in several categories: Business, Religious or Educational, Recreational or Not For Profit, Antique Automobiles or Tractors.
Pre-Register Fido, Spot and Skipper. They are begging you to enter them into the show. Show is open to all HEALTHY dogs. No entry fee. Dogs do need to have proof of vaccinations. All does must be leashed and under the owners control.
Put on those running shoes and lace up for a fun walk/run 3.1 mile exercise with the family. Entry Fee and Awards!

Booth application for the 2025 Holden Chamber of Commerce Street Fair. Be aware, the postmark on your application will determine your placement on the street after the placement of 220 electrical needs.
Things are different with our downtown sidewalks, and there is an amazing new look, if you haven’t seen it yet! We are ADA accessible; However, we did lose some street space for vendors and parking due to the bump-outs for sidewalk access. So, it is especially important to measure the complete need for booth spaces, including tongues on trailers and tents!
When measuring your space requirements, please include the booth, the trailer, and hitch, etc. The measurement will be more accurate this way as we DO NOT have leeway. If you have questions, please text or call Jill 816-405-3907 or Jenny at 816-699-4208.
Please read the application over very carefully, so that you understand any changes we have made. I have tried to make the set-up and take-down simpler, so check out the changes.
